faq
How long does an IV take?
Every IV takes about 60-90 minutes. Everyone is different and can take longer for some people who have past medical problems. This includes setup, intake, infusion time and aftercare.
Why do you require a credit card to be on file?
We require a credit card on file, only to be charged should you cancel your appointment 2 hours prior to your appointment. This helps recover costs for the lost time and gas our clinicians use and depend on.
Is IV therapy safe?
We completed intake and vitals before treatment and use sterile, single-use supplies. If you have medical conditions or take prescription medications, we recommend discussing IV therapy with your clinician.
Who is your Medical Oversight?
Our Medical Oversight is a Nurse Practioner who has years of experience in Naturopathic Medicine. We also have a dedicated RN who has years of experience in Holistic Medicine. Our Medical Oversight reviews and approves our protocols to ensure all IV’s are safe.
Am I an candidate for an IV?
Not everyone can get an IV. Those with liver, kidney, pulmonary or cardiac issues should ALWAYS seek medical advise before getting an IV. This includes but not limited too:
Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
Kidney Disease
Diabetes
People on blood thinners
People on Dialysis
Where do you travel?
We serve the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Travel fees may apply outside standard service zones or after a certain mileage the clinician drives.
Do I need to prepare?
Drink water beforehand and have a small meal when possible.
Can I book a group or event?
Yes. We can coordinate multiple guests with streamlined intake and scheduling.
